Just got a mailer from Marcassin. Got a shot at 9 bottles of 2012 Pinot at $150/btl + tax&ship. Marcassin apparently splits up their releases, so these bottles are already ‘released’ (RP 97) and received very well. They said in the mailer that they’ve allocated more than they have available so its first come first serve.

I also got the same letter. The minimum order is 4 bottles. He is correct though, these bottles have already been released and are already available on the secondary market. The 2012 vintage produced a lot of quality fruit hence the excess bottles they have available. Already sent in my check Saturday. Hope I get put on the active mailing list with this.
