I believe that’s not true. Our CC forum doesn’t allow auctions. At least that’s what I thought.
He doesn’t have to state a $ value. He can say 10% off ws low. Or email him for price list.
But he can not say “send me ur best price”. that is an auction.
Isn’t it an auction when you know what the other folks are bidding? That does not seem to be the case here.
Eh this seems a lot closer to “$1200 obo” than an auction. However considering there are zero bottles on winesearcher in the US it’s a bit silly. (Actually, in general I think using winesearcher to comp sales on cc for rare/hard to get bottles is relaly stupid. The bottles on wine searcher are the ones that HAVEN’T sold).
