I am planning to build a home cellar in my basement this Spring and am checking to see if anyone on the forum has any nice used racking for sale. I realize that shipping may be an issue, but email me if you have something. I am in the St. Louis area, but am willing to travel within reason, or even check into shipping if it makes sense.
Check local restaurants that have gone out of business, or a restaurant supply store that may have bought all their furnishings.

Check out Craigslist. I bought several nice wooden racks cheap that matched the racks I paid much more for from wine-rack companies. They were like brand new. You may have to wait a few months for some to show-up, but they are out there. Good luck
