Wish I could help…the 91 Rouge is one of my favorite. I remember ordering it off the list at Willi’s Wine Bar in Paris in 2000 for some ridiculously cheap price and loving it. The table next to us asked us about the wine so I gave them a taste and they bought a bottle off the list as well, but had to leave the restaurant early and gave us the unfinished 3/4 of a bottle!
