Berserkers Exclusive - Tardieu-Laurent Rhones

Ok, round two from Benchmark!

We have a couple Rhones from Tardieu-Laurent for your careful consideration:

Tardieu Laurent Vacqueyras Vieilles Vignes 2004
Mr Parker’s Take:
A potential stunner is the 2004 Vacqueyras Vieilles Vignes, a blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. This wine possesses a deep ruby/purple color and a big, sweet nose of creme de cassis, cherries, licorice, scorched earth, and pepper. Medium to full-bodied, spicy, and intense, this is a potentially outstanding wine that should drink well for at least a decade. 89-91 WA.
This is already at the lowest price in the nation on the website at $27, but we can do $20 per bottle for Berserkers!

Tardieu Laurent Chateauneuf du Pape Vieilles Vignes 2004
Mr. Parker:
The 2004 Chateauneuf du Pape Vieilles Vignes is a blend of mostly Grenache with some Syrah and Mourvedre. Provencal notes of herbes de Provence, smoked meats, pepper, and black cherries jump from the glass as well as the flavors of this wine, which is medium to full-bodied, tannic, and backward. It will need 4-5 years of bottle age and last for 15 or more. 92 WA.
Again, we are already the lowest in the nation at $40 but we’ll let these go to Berserkers at $30 per bottle!

We have less than three cases of both these wines, so act fast if you are interested. Go to http://www.benchmarkwine.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and use the promo code: BerserkTardieu Or e-mail me at msai@benchmarkwine.com.
