Need a Napa/Sonoma restaurant recommendation....

I need a restaurant recommendation for Napa/Sonoma for a group of about 10 people. It doesn’t have to be uber fancy–just reliable and wine-friendly, esp. for a group this size.

Some of the guests will be in Napa, and some will be in Sonoma. Thus, I would like to find a restaurant that geographically
“splits the difference.” One possibility is near the 29 Highway and Oakville Road/Grade. Another possibility is around the
southern end of Sonoma.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Bruce

Consider Farmstead in St. Helena. http://www.longmeadowranch.com/Farmstead-Restaurant

Large enough to accommodate your group, very good farm-to-table menu, $2 (not a typo) corkage.

Carneros Bistro at the Lodge at Sonoma - they have a great sommelier, Chris Sawyer.

bistro Jeanty in Oakville. Been going there for many years. Great food, relaxed environment

The Boon Fly Cafe in Carneros is about as center as you can get and doesn’t have someone trying to traverse the Oakville Grade at night after a wine dinner. Casual, not a great wine list but for every bottle you buy they waive corkage on one you bring. Otherwise corkage is $15.
