Marionberries

Got fresh Marionberries from the farmers market this morning along with some late season morels.

The berries are just so good, either neat or with some heavy cream. A far cry from the Himalayan Blackberries that overrun our ditches and alleys.

I’ve been going crazy w elderberries, blackberries, and blueberries.

Please move this to the politics forum. No need for discussion of a deceased DC mayor in the food forum!

I guess these berries must be like crack !!
