Has anyone tried One Crab and/or Two Crabs fish sauce?

Three Crabs is a staple in our pantry for cooking (though not dressings or other uncooked uses where I prefer Red Boat) but I found the One and Two Crab versions at 99 Ranch today and picked up a bottle of each.

Anyone have opinions/observations on how they differ from the Three?

I’ve been googling but without much luck so far.
