It will be interesting to see what comes out. My view is Alo and Sushi Masaki Saito get two stars with another 10-14 getting one.
Wonder if they get over to Pearl Morissette?
My uncle, who passed away 8 years ago, owned a bunch of restaurants in Toronto. Not quite Michelin quality. Far from it. One of them was called “Mother Tuckers.” Can you imagine Michelin giving a restaurant with that name a star?
