Anyone have the recipe? I can’t find it anywhere.
Some gist of what the onion filling entails would be nice, though in my mind its similar to onion soubise that I just let cook further and hotter so that it caramelizes, but with water and butter up front?
The parmesan fonduta seems straight forward.
I’m in San Diego so might make Vetri Burritos…
