LEEKS VINAIGRETTE

Here comes a French classic. This french classic is great itself, but to pimp it with pine nuts, brings the dish to a higher level. Kudos to Nadine Levy Redzepi for this idea.

Serve it lukewarm or cold with a glass of Champagne or Chablis. I have to say quite sublime and delicious this dish. Don’t forget to serve it also with a good baguette/bread.
