PULPO POTATO SALAD

Here comes the first recipe from my new summerhouse near Berlin.


The shopping possibilities are a bit limited on the countryside, so I bring all the food stuff from Berlin. Als a result I look for food which I could put in the freezer or put in the fridge for weeks. A few weeks ago I discovered a pre-cooked&vacuumed pulpo in my favorite foodshop. It turned out quite well and such easy to prepare. I guess the Italians would add some chopped celery stalks or the Greeks would add some olives and/or capers. Anyway quite delicious this dish.
