Here comes the Italian version of a German potato salad. The difference is that it contains no vinegar and meat broth. I discovered this recipe at the very nice german-italian food blog Splendido. Fair to say I hesitated to publish it, but after 30min the flavors came together and I was convinced. Of course very different to my german version, but it has something or should I say it shows character. Fine side dish to tackle the heatwave in Europe.
