Yesterday I had a Winemaker Dinner at my home and cooked for 10 people. Almost only Riesling was served. My task was to serve a meal which does not overpower the wines and I could make in advance. Of course I don't want to stay the whole night in the kitchen. At the beginning I served an asparagus salad as a starter and at the end this spinach lasagne after we tasted all the wines.
This Spinach Lasagne was delicious and cozy and worked well with the wines. Unfortunately I forgot to make some photos of the final product. I was soo busy to be a good host.
