Beautiful shooting & editing but most importantly really epic looking dishes from yunnan. Just subscribed , the dishes are mouth watering. She also makes really large scale dishes for her family so it’s pretty cool watching how she breaks everything down.
Often see whole pig cooked like that, but rarely lamb. Looks totally yum. As a westerner, I would probably skip the innards soup (the “you no like” part of some chinese menus around here), but the rest looks fabulous.
