Step aside, jamón serrano!

Presenting Jamaconda, a strapping jamón ibérico de bellota made by Montaraz using only salt, 100% ibérico pork, and about three years’ time. He weighs 14.18 lbs.

He’ll be enjoyed at parties throughout the month of December.
