Toying around with the idea of buying a pasta extruder. We usually use our kitchenaid attachment to roll/cut pasta dough but want to enable some other options shape wise. Does anyone have any experience with some of the models on the market? Any recommendations?
I have the Kitchenaid pasta extruded attachment and love it.

I use Marcato together with an electric attachment. And I am happy.

If u want an extruder
This is what I got, I got a basic one, that doesnt have a cutter. High tariff…But u just dump in hopper mix and extrude
