Yesterday, autumn arrived in Berlin. And I see everywhere rainbow chard. Since a couple of years I have a creamy chard recipe from the GUARDIAN on my to-do-list. Time to make it…serve as a side dish for chicken and guinea fowl, pork, cold smoked fish, white flaky fish and pies.
