Here comes a classic greek starter. Lovely cozy dish tonight. You can also add some slices of red onion or instead of red pepper some spicy jalapeño pepper. Serve lukewarm with a good bread.

P.S. be careful when you use a fork eating the dish, as the tomatoes squirt. I ruined my shirt yesterday. Oops!
