Never thought I would see a mention of this restaurant in a serious food and wine forum.

I ate at lunch at Chefs while home for Christmas and have to say it was once of the worst meals I have ever had.

I can’t speak for anything other than the 2 things I ate, and they were both good. And really hot (which I liked ). The famous spaghetti parmasean and some sort of stuffed peppers appetizer.

When I lived in Buffalo in the 80’s, there were a lot of classic red sauce places, led by Santasiero’s which is still there–was the go to for pasta fazoul. Could never eat the spaghetti, which was always overcooked, in any of them, but the shrimp-veal parma combo, in a place no longer there, it seems, for I think, $5.50–the most expensive thing on the menu–was mighty tasty, I have to admit.
