Vino di musto

In Jamie Olivers latest series, jamie cooks Italy. Airs on channel 4 Mondays in the UK.

There was/is a recipe for sweet and sour rabbit and in the. TV version of the recipe, he talks about the non a who is cooking the rabbit, they are adding vino di musto to the dish. I want to try this with chix legs or thighs but where do I find such a thing. He was in the aeolian islands starting the series.
