Ramen - first try

I used a good bottled broth and frozen noodles. It was pretty awesome. The Chashu Pork and the eggs were really good. Noodles… next time I’d maybe make em

I started the GAPs diet and made my first batch of chicken “meat stock”. Could be a gluten alternative to ramen broth because its so fatty. Basically simmered whole chicken (cut up into pieces) for 2 hours, separated meat… and blended remaining stock with the skin and collagen… and it made a creamy broth. Very chickeny. But I think a soft boiled egg and some ramen noodles in there would be pretty awesome. Just an idea…
