Denver Tech Center - restaurant recs

Any restaurant recommendations for the Denver Tech Center area? I have to be there for a week for work at the end of the month. Going with a team so places that work for a group of 4 or 5 most appreciated. TIA.

My opinions:
Overpriced and over hyped, but a great wine list and good/expensive steaks. Denver, CO | Hours + Location | Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House | Steaks & Seafood in the USA
Equally as overpriced and over hyped. https://www.shanahanssteakhouse.com/

Places I like.

Great Italian food and wine. http://www.veniceristorante.com/
Hit or miss. When on, really good, when off, meh. http://www.yayasdenver.com/

My favorite in the area. Great patio, has probably the most “Colorado” feel of any restaurant in the area. Locally owned. Fills fast, probably will need reservations. Good people watching in the bar/patio. http://www.sierrarestaurant.com/

If you need a taste of Mexican…fills fast as well. Very casual. http://www.haciendacolorado.com/

Wild card. Funky jet hanger location catering to the private jet crowd and locals alike. Piano bar with interesting people watching. Decent/inexpensive wine list. Fills fast. http://www.theperfectlanding.com/

Most of the better restaurants are in downtown. There are several light rail stops in the tech center. 30 minute ride into Union Station. Lots and lots to choose from once in downtown. Highly recommend at least one night there.

Thanks, Michael, this is very helpful.

I’d like to get downtown but I don’t think that will happen on this trip.

I live in the area and all of the above are as described. If you have any interest in Indian food? I’d suggest bawarchidenver.com
no booze and no byob but the food is really good.

also Viewhouse Centennial
7101 S Clinton St, Centennial, CO 80112
seems popular with the DTC visitors.

local breweries I’d suggest
Resolute, Comrade these will have food trucks some nights but more of just a fun place to get some local beers I see lots of corporate groups at Top Golf (5 min from DTC)

Yia Yias. I used to spend a lot of time in DTC for work and spent a lot of evenings there. Nice wine list. Most of the other options are chains.

Not terribly close to the tech center, but I’m currently eating at a place called Annette at the Stanley Marketplace in Aurora… it’s pretty damn good, and they have a compact but interesting wine list.

YaYa’s is a chain too.

Ok. It’s a chain of two or three.

Ok. I was wrong. There are four of them now. Mega culpa

For casual - Larkburger or Cuba Cuba
