BEER CAN CHICKEN

BBQ season has started in Germany and I made the famous Beer Can Chicken for the first time. I didn’t use a beer can, as they found out in Germany that the enamel of the can is toxic with heat, so I used a special chicken holder from Jamie Oliver. What I really liked in comparison to other chicken holders is the fact that you can add a lot of vegetables to this holder. I love roasted vegetables soaked with the juice of the chicken.
