I’m a lucky man that my spouse is a terrific cook with Asian and Hawai’ian foods. With the incoming storm she decided to make a Hawai’ian snack treat…manapua. Besides a marinated barbecue pork(char siu) she adds shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, ginger & other unknowns. All told she made 2 dozen of these snacks.
