LEFTOVERS

To cook with leftovers is always a funny thing. Sometimes it works surprisingly great, sometimes not. I had leftovers of pomodori secchi, blue cheese, and walnuts. In addition I bought belgian endive as I love bitter vegetables. And I added ready-made puff pastry to make a salty Tarte Tatin. Turned out lovely.
