I have started reading the spy thriller Red Sparrow and discovered that every chapter contains a recipe. The recipes are really good.
The first chapter plays in Moscow and a beetroot soup plays a role in this chapter. Of course this beetroop soup is a variation of the famous Borscht. Fair to say Borscht contains a bit more ingredients. Anyway this beetroot soup is delcious and will warm your soul.
