Käsespätzle is a dish of my childhood. Very traditional dish in the south of Germany around Stuttgart, but also in Bavaria. A bit similar to Mac and Cheese. Spätzle is a kind of pasta which will be also served solo as a side-dish for meat dishes in Germany. Fair to say you need a special tool to make this Spätzle, but I found out that you could buy it at Amazon USA.
