Here we have the signature dish from the famous NOBU. Normally made with black cod, but black cod is not available in Berlin, so I used Cod /Skrei from Norway.

Do you finish the cooked cod with any sort of a miso glaze/sauce?
Food looks great, but this video explains nothing…
The video shows that NOBU add extra Miso sauce and also glaze the fish with Miso sauce a little bit.
I didn´t do it, but will do it next time.
The Nobu Cod is simply sublime… yet the recipe is ridiculously easy…
i feel bad sharing it with people b/c they think i somehow produced this amazing cod. when really it’s just so simple… LOVE it!
