Besides sharing recipes for the Wineberserkers community, from time to time I also cook for members. A couple of weeks ago Henry Kiichli visited me for lunch. I made a cozy potato gratin which works for white and red wine. I knew in advance that he had 4-5h trip after the lunch, so I made something heavy&satiable.
