Where to get mail order truffles?

I’m going to make a truffle braised short rib sometime in the coming weeks, and wonder if there is a good place to buy truffles online, as I don’t have much access out here in San Clemente, that I know of.

I was thinking of the Truffle Zest product Bruce posted a while ago, wonder if that might be ok

Todd, I don’t know, though my guess would be truffle cream; I’ve never ordered the truffle products, as I can get fresh and preserved truffles locally.

If Inaudi does as good a job with truffles as it does with pasta, the truffle products will be outstanding.

I’d try going to a local high end restaurant that you have a relationship with and see if they would order and sell you an ounce or two with their next delivery.

I haven’t purchased truffles from this site before, but I did try their caviar and their quality and customer service were both excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy truffles from them.
