Pork cheeks recipes?

Just bought some Iberia pork cheeks and hope somebody has a really good recipe. Best I found online was poaching in cider, which to be honest doesn’t sound too exciting.

Can’t help you but I had some at Troquet last week and they were to die for.

I used this recipe last year. Only made them once but they were delicious.

I think we have a winner. What kind of Port did you use?
