PASTA alla ZUCCA

Here comes the best pumpkin dish I´ve ever made. I used nutmeg pumpkin or what we call Muskatkürbis and Paccheri pasta.
Conchiglie, Farfalle, Fusilli or Rigatoni pasta works well too.

Martin- Does the pasta go into to the pumpkin mixture uncooked? Or is it cooked partially before?

the espelette pepper and nutmeg combined with the sage brown butter was a winning combination.
The resulting dish had a creaminess from cooking the pasta in the sauce.
