How do you start a new post on Chowhound?

On the front page of the forum you are in, there is a big red button that says "ADD NEW POST" on the upper left just under the "Search this Board" area.

Thanks Poppy, I saw the button, once I got into a specific Board rather than the Homepage. I've never started a new post, always added to an existing post.
