Recipe Ideas- Country Style Pork Ribs

I just bought some country style bone-in pork ribs, and I was originally just going to do them in the crock pot, Asian style, kind of like how I do my short ribs. I thought I would check in here, first, though. Any ideas for country style pork ribs? TIA

I’m pretty sure that while called ribs, these are actually strips of pork shoulder. If so, they should do well with a slow braising method. I think your idea is a good one.

I have grilled them after marinating and braised them to make chile verde, and they’re delicious both ways. Asian (soy, ginger, garlic, green onions) marinades work well as do vinaigrettes with fresh herbs.
