2014 SAUVIGNON BLANC: With its rich and generous mouthfeel, our Sauvignon Blanc is crafted in a soft, approachable style. 9 months in 1620-gallon neutral oak ovals helps offer a supple roundness as a counterpoint to SB’s often “sharp” acid. The result is layers of juicy citrus notes framed by medium acidity and a mouthwatering finish.

2015 ROSÉ of PINOT NOIR: Our interpretation of a still Blanc de Noirs, the Pennyroyal Rosé of Pinot Noir simply begs to be drunk in the summer sunshine. Fermented in stainless steel after less than an hour on the skins; an additional 6 months on the lees contributes a ripe roundness on the mid-palate and a finish with bright berry fruit and lively, lip-smacking acidity.

2012 PINOT NOIR: Anderson Valley on the whole is definitely Pinot Country, and 15 of our 23 acres of vineyard are planted to Pinot Noir. We planted clones 667 and 115, both originally from the Cote d’Or (“Golden Slope”) region of Burgundy, home to some of the best Pinot Noir in the world. Harvested in the first week of October after a beautiful growing season in 2012 and aged for 12 months in a combination of new and used French oak barrels, the Pennyroyal Pinot Noir displays generous dark berry fruit and offers a solid structure spiked with baking spices.
