My wife already rolls her eyes at how many glasses we have, but I had to order a couple to try them out.

Finally decided to buy after a year of mulling around. Should be a real upgrade from my AP bormioli glasses.
Anyone know what the turnaround is usually for shipping times?

I"m traveling - but you'd have stems in hand in 7-10 days at most based on what my schedule is. From Chicago to NJ is typically 2 days via FedEx ground.

To the above folks - thanks for the kudos! Appreciated.

BD GGG stems just arrived.

Holy crap! These things are almost non-existent! I had to get out the scales to satisfy my curiousity. 87 grams/3.1 oz. And the stem itself is damned near on dimensional.

Gotta break these in tonight. It is a moral imperative. [cheers.gif]

Nah. Just a nod to the inevitable. If I start from a point of acceptance that someone will break one some time as a statement of fact rather than possibility then it is not so devastating when it happens.

Besides, it is fun to see to takes the obvious bait! [cheers.gif]

So had a chance to break in the Golds. Man are these light. I've been using Zalto BDX for awhile now and these GGG weigh like half of the Zalto. Really enjoy drinking out of these.

Ordered a pair of the machined glasses last night, and I've already received a tracking number. Thanks for the quick shipment, can't wait to give these a shot. Should be a very nice upgrade to the Nachtmann Bordeaux stems I've been using for everything.

They are. Unquestionably.

My dailies were Nachtman as well. It feels like it would take 2 or 3 GGGs to equal the weight of 1 Nachtman stem

For those of you who wash these in the dishwasher, do you use the regular cycle, or the "china/crystal" cycle?

Finally had the chance to try the GGG glasses last night. Extremely light, and the wife really liked them, too. Great all around glasses. Cheers!
