With the passage of Assembly Bill 907 in September 2012 is it any easier to get payment from delinquent wineries? I’ve read that banks are forcing wineries to have contracts that state the growers give up their rights from Bill 907 because the grower comes ahead of the banks in payments. Any observations or comments on the aftermath of the bill from sunny California?
