Charmat method - USA

I’m trying to learn more about the charmat method and was curious if someone here can recommend any charmat sparkling wine made in the US to me?

Also, I know that with the charmat method, wine is typically made in bulk and the bubbles are less “desirable” than méthode champenoise (less labor intensive too). However, I was reading about Brazilian sparkling wine (I used to live in Brazil and find their wine industry interesting and unique) and one winery - Salton, was mentioned where they use charmat tanks but leave the wine inside for months instead of weeks. Does anyone know of another winery that does this? I’d love to try some charmat made wines that are of decent to high quality.

I ask because sparkling wine production seriously interests me. I’ll be working my 3rd harvest this year but would love to work for a sparkling wine house/ champagne house in the future.
