Wine toursim at Palmer?

#1 Post by Alex Rychlewski » October 29th, 2012, 1:08 am

Hi Thomas,

I know you have done some pretty major work at the château, but I haven't been there since March (en primeur tastings).

I believe that the château is now completely "open for business".

Please, what is your policy with regard to tours: type of visitor (professionals versus enthusaists and tourists), how long one should book in advance, cost, openness to functions and meals, etc.

Thanks in advance,

All the best,
Alex R.

Hi Alex

Construction is not completed yet. We will reopen to public beginning of 2013. One visit a day by appointment and limited to 15 people max. No charge for that.
I don't really plan to developp wine tourism but I want to keep the estate open to everybody.
