I think that screwcaps work perfectly and the reason why we don't use them is just a marketing issue.

Would you be open to having consumers, in the en primeur phase, to choose their bottle closure as well as the bottle format?

This is one of my favourite topics at the moment. I hadn't considered customer choice before.

I bought some wine recently from a winery that tried screw caps for the first time. They bottled a couple releases half with screw caps and half with corks so I got to choose. I chose screw caps.
