BYO ASPEN?

No idea. But Cache Cache was amazing. Good wine list, but pricey. Actually, everything in Aspen is pricey. Matsuhisa was overrated, but did get to meet Nobu there. Great burgers at Ajax Tavern at the Little Nell. There was a really good wine shop in town. Had top notch stuff with prices to match. Sorry couldn't be more help. Have fun.

If you're asking if you can BYO in Aspen then I believe the answer is no. My understanding is that BYO is not allowed under Colorado law.

Correct on CO law. Not allowed.
