Pueblo at the OC Mix is first bottle free, after that, $20. And the food is great.

The first post says Hanna's in RSM is $15, but it's free (I think for the first two, but I've only taken one, so I'm not 100% sure).

In the OP, "Bluewater Grill - $5; bring your own stems"

This is not correct, at least for the one in Tustin. Corkage is free on first two bottles and $10 each add'l. And there's nothing wrong with the house stems.

Two Left Forks in Dana Point - first bottle free, $15/bottle thereafter. Fantastic food, too - we will be frequent visitors!

Hey Todd, it looks like Ramon isn't active here anymore so we might need a new thread captain. Doesn't look like anything has been updated in the OP since April or so.
Am I volunteering? Not really. But if you insist, I might. ;)

The Playground is about 8 miles away in downtown Santa Ana, but depending on traffic, can take up to 1/2 hour to get there.

Now $25 at Selanne Steak Tavern in Laguna. However, the somm did an admirable job of getting a challenging cork out intact, so I'm not complaining.

That must be a recent change. We did a CT group offline there a few months ago and opened over 20 bottles. Zero corkage charge.

Sorry folks, been tied up. I will update.

Bob, love to have you help updating if I cannot. I don't know how to add you as an editor to the thread. Maybe Todd has a way. Otherwise, just send me a PM if you notice that I have not been updating

Thanks.
Cheers, Ramon

Another one I can't believe we've left off the list, considering we've had several CT group tastings there, is The Corner in Huntington Beach. $0

Oh, and thanks for updating, Ramon!

Alta Strada, a nice Italian place in the Mosaic District, allows BYO with a $25 per bottle corkage charge.

Paul Martin's at the Spectrum is decent and IIRC the corkage is relatively cheap, but it's probably worth calling.

ARC Food and Libations (Costa Mesa) now is $20 per bottle. Another one bites the dust.

Food is meh and way over priced so this is an easy skip.

Kabob Republic in Costa Mesa is a great place, and also has no corkage... but bring your own stems (unless you want to drink out of plastic cups)... but it is really wonderful. Their chicken skewer dish is great, and their Tri-Tip entree (not the sandwich though— too soggy) is like a lavish party in your mouth. No affiliation.

A shout out to Ivory in Laguna Beach. Good food and nice people with a few Ukranian kicks on the menu.
Right across from the Pageant and next to Sawdust. Very convenient

$20 corkage. Good/standard stems
