Is Paris BYO friendly ? is it worthwhile ? Asking for 3 people who like/want to drink wine but aren't overly wine savy.

Just a joke. Actually, I don't know--never seen anyone try, but my guess is you can't. Someone more knowledgable will chime in I'm sure.

Google "droit de bouchon paris".
I used to have a modest burgundyman url as a signature. Now if you want to learn about luxury winelover accomodation in Meursault you have to finish reading this much more promotional sentence and press the button with 3 W's in it.

Very difficult to find a place that does BYOB, but some do. The one that treats me the best is Le Gaigne in the 8th arrondissement (near Gare Saint Lazare). They do charge a corkage, I think around 25 euros if I am not mistaken. And the food is fantastic.
