Wine Enthusiast Furniture / Refrigerators

Hello!

We’re considering a wine credenza from Wine Enthusiast (Loire American Oak Wine Credenza with Integrated Wine Coolers - Wine Enthusiast) which fits our stylistic needs and our storage needs.

We don’t need much in the way of refrigeration as the bulk of my wine will still be offsite. I just need something to chill 20-40 bottles and this seems to be a good fit.

That said, I’ve heard nothing but bad things about Wine Enthusiast’s products, sales, service, etc and I’m pretty nervous about handing over $3k for something like this.

Does anyone have any information on them or advice on where else to look?

Thank you in advance!!

La cache is a much better way to go for good looking and functional furniture.

That Wine Enthusiast one looks nice (can’t speak to reliability).

I’ve had my eye on this one: https://www.vinotemp.com/wine-storage-2/wine-cabinets/furniture-style-wine-cabinets/300-series-credenza-with-3-doors but when you have to call for a price, you know it’s too expensive!

Costco can be a good option as they have good CS. I bought my chiller from them with no issues.

$3000 seems qiuite steep, especially given how few bottles this actually holds.

I have the Le cache euro credenza which holds about 200 bottles (including 10+ mags) in a similar form factor, which I’m sure is higher quality than the WE piece.
