I am one of the many who did business with PC and ended up with nothing. I just received a
letter from American Express stating that 540 days had passed and that I could pursue other
means to recover my loss. The wines were purchased in 2012-2013 on bordeaux Pre arrivals.

Has anyone received a refund from Amex that went beyond the 540 days from the date of purchase ?

No... that is a very long time for them to go back and credit you... longest amount of time I know of ...
