Breweries to hit in the Tempe/Phoenix area?

#1 Post by Joe Raymond » November 19th, 2019, 8:34 am

Topic kind of asks the question, looking for some family friendly breweries to hit up in the area that are noteworthy or if Phoenix gives me more choices I am willing to drive a bit, going there starting this Thursday through Tuesday. If you know where to direct me let me know! Love IPA's

I'd add Helton to Ricks list, my list ironically was identical other than Helton, your sales guy is doing his job Rick [cheers.gif] , at Wren you may luck out and score cans of their very good IPAs.

Cheers

No a brewery, but Wandering Tortoise is a good place to go. Fairly convenient to head straight from Sky Harbor.

Not sure where you are coming from, but they have a bunch of Modern Times on tap right now (from a recent tap takeover), maybe they will still be there.

Also, there is a bottle shop called King's that has a huge selection of local beers, and maybe the only place in Phoenix that has Tombstone cans.
