Beautiful cognac. Butterscotch and pan de chocolat on the nose. Rich and incredibly complex palate. Alcohol is there but not distracting. Pedigree is obvious. Long luxurious finish.

That's more than I paid for the Lot 29....

I’m a big fan of this house. Not tried the fancier offerings beyond XO though.

I have the 10 year grande champagne which is fantastic, the 76, and the tres vielle which is definitely for special occasions. I’ve tried the XO which is also fantastic.
