It’s cordial with 25% alcohol and slightly sweet. Should it be refrigerated after opening?

It does not need to be refrigerated.

I love the stuff, absolute nectar.

Unfortunately, the 375 shelf life seems to be 48 hours.

I don’t think I’ve seen .375 but I think it is special stuff. I prefer to his other spirits. Great story behind it as well, his father used to make it and jm found some in the cellar and tried to recreate it.

I enjoyed it. I kept it in the fridge since alcohol percentage wise it's closer to a vermouth, and it was good with a slight chill anyway.
