Listening to NPR yesterday and heard a story about milk punch.
Sounds interesting and I’m curious about the process. Also wondering if I could just make ricotta and use the whey for the drink?
I’ve made it before, its very tasty but a pretty time intensive process. I think I posted about it a long time ago on here, maybe… I’ll try to look it up when I’m not on the road.

Guy at my hunting camp makes it. Pretty dang good. I can get the recipe but his is pretty easy.
